认知行为干预对PICC置管肝肺疾病患者负性情绪、生活质量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对PICC置管肝肺疾病患者负性情绪、生活质量及并发症的影响。方法选取2012年6月至2016年5月期间我院收治的PICC置管肝肺疾病患者82例,分为观察和对照两组,各41例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行认知行为干预,对比两组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、干预前后生活质量评分和并发症发生率情况。结果观察组干预后SAS和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能和总体健康评分高于对照组,观察组干预后疼痛、疲乏和恶心呕吐评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预可明显减轻行PICC置管肝肺疾病患者负性情绪,提高其生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral interventions on negative emotions, qual- ity of life and complications of PICC patients with liver and lung disease. Methods From June 2012 to May 2016, 82 cases PICC patients with liver and lung disease in our hospital were divided into the observation group （ 41 cases ） and the control group （ 41 cases ） . The control group was received routine care intervention, the observation was received cognitive behavioral intervention. Compare two groups＇ SAS score, SDS score, QLQ-C30 score and complication rates before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）; QLQ-C30 score （ body function, cognitive func- tion, emotional function, role function, social function and general health ） of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）; pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting scores and complication rate of the intervention group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Cognitive behavioral interven- tions can significantly reduce the negative emotions, the incidence of complications, and improve life quality of PICC patients with liver and lung disease.
