摘　　要：为响应国家"大众创业、万众创新"的号召,高校应重视"双创"人才的培养,从教育层面为"双创"提供人才培养的支持。创业、创新离不开实践,探索"双创"驱动的实践教学改革,需在理清实践教学改革的各项事务后,选定关键事务,从制度、资源、宣传、考核等方面,给出总体部署和详细实施方案,以营造创新、创业的人才成长环境,提升学生的创新、创业能力,为社会输送紧缺的"双创"型人才。To answer the national call for＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation,＂colleges and universities should emphasize the cultivation of such talents.Either entrepreneurship or innovation can never be separated from practice.Therefore,our practice education reform should fully consider the two aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation.The general plan and specific procedures should be set up in the aspects of regulations,resources,publicity and assessment.
