摘 要:目的探讨巨噬细胞清道夫受体1(MSR1)基因多态性与前列腺癌遗传易感性的关系。方法对93例前列腺癌患者和105例正常对照的中国汉族人群基因组MSR1基因rs12718376、rs918、rs1904577、rs2127565位点进行多态性分析在此过程中采用TaqMan等位基因分型技术及连接酶特异检测技术。结果前列腺癌病例组和正常对照组间的MSR1基因rs918和rs1904577位点基因多态分布差异具有显著性(P<0.05);病例组和正常对照组间的MSR1基因rs12718376、rs2127565位点基因多态分布差异无显著性(P>0.05),与前列腺癌发病风险无显著相关性。结论中国汉族人群MSR1基因rs918和rs1904577基因多态性与前列腺癌的发生相关,可能是增加前列腺癌危险的因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between MSR1 gene polymorphisms and geneticsusceptibility to prostate cancer in Chinese Han population.Methods 93 prostate cancer patients and 105 age- matched healthy controls were enrolled in this study.All DNA samples from peripheral blood were genotyped for genetic polymorphisms offour sites in the MSR1 genes including rsl2718376,rs918,rsl904577 and rs2127565 by the ligase detection reaction- based SNP typing technology and the TaqMan SNP typing technology.Results Allele frequency for rs918 and rsl904577 polymorphic sites were statistically different between patients with prostate cancer and control subjects(P〈 0.05).There was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of rsl2718376 and rs2127565 of MSR1 polymorphisms between prostate cancer patients and healthy controls(P 〉0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism in rs918 and rs1904577 of MSR1 gene may be associated with prostate cancer risk and early onset age in Chinese Han population.
