摘　　要：近年来多重耐药革兰阴性菌所致感染在世界范围内广泛流行,给临床治疗带来了极大的挑战,多粘菌素B成为治疗这类细菌所致感染的最后选择被重新应用于临床。虽然多粘菌素B在临床上已使用数十年,但目前对其认识仍不全面。本文通过回顾相关文献,就多粘菌素B临床应用进展、抗菌谱及抗菌活性、药动学、药效学以及毒理学等方面做一述评,为临床合理使用提供指导。There has been a renewed interest in using polymyxin as a last resort therapeutic option, due to emergence of multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria. Despite being available for clinical use for decades, there is still a very limited understanding on many aspects of this agent. Based on review of pertinent literatures, this article reviewed the progress of clinical application of polymyxin B, antibacterial spectrum, antibacterial activity, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, toxicology and other aspects, to provide reference for optimal clinical application.
