血清和肽素及NT-proBNP水平在急性脑梗死患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究血清和肽素、NT-proBNP水平在急性脑梗死(ACI)病人中的变化以及临床意义。方法将2013年12月~2015年12月收治的92例ACI的病人作为ACI组,选取同时期的60例健康体检者为对照组,比较ACI组与对照组在不同病情严重程度、不同预后病人的血清和肽素、NT-proBNP水平,探究和肽素、NT-proBNP水平与NIHSS评分和mRS评分的相关性。结果 ACI组病人的血清和肽素和NT-proBNP水平明显的高于健康人,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);不同严重程度、不同预后ACI病人的血清和肽素和NT-proBNP水平具有显著的差异(P<0.05);和肽素、NT-proBNP水平与NIHSS评分、mRS评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论血清和肽素与NT-proBNP水平对临床评估ACI病情以及预后判断中具有重要的意义。Objective To study the clinical value of serum eopeptin and NT-proBNP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Between December 2013 and December 2015, 92 patients with ACI were chosen as ACI group. 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group in the same period. The serum copeptin and NT-proBNP levels between ACI group and control group among different serious condition to the extent and different prognosis group were compared. The correlation between copeptin, NT-proBNP levels, and NIHSS and mRS score were analyzed. Results Serum copeptin and NT-pro-BNP levels of ACI group were significantly higher than that of healthy people. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Serum copeptin and NT-proBNP levels in different severity and different prognosis group were significant different（P〈0.05）. Copeptin and NT-proBNP levels were positively correlated with the NIHSS, mRS scores （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum copeptin and NT-proBNP levels have important clinical significance in ACI condition assessment and prognosis judgment.
