摘　　要：全面、规范、精准的病理学取材及报告是胆道肿瘤诊断与治疗的关键环节，在胆道肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后评估等方面具有重要作用。目前胆道肿瘤临床取材不规范导致术后分期及报告欠准确。因此，亟待建立胆道肿瘤标本取材和报告的规范化流程。本研究汇集国内部分胆道外科、肿瘤科、病理科中青年专家从胆道肿瘤病理学取材和报告规范化的重要性、胆道肿瘤术中及术后取材要点建议、胆道肿瘤病理学诊断报告规范及要点3方面进行深入探讨。建议外科医师和病理科医师加强学科协作，共同取材，建立胆道肿瘤取材和报告的规范流程，以提高我国胆道肿瘤的病理学诊断水平。Comprehensive, standardized, accurate tissue sampling and pathological report are of great importance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis assessment of biliary tract tumor. Tissue sampling of biliary tract tumor is currently non standardized, leading to inaccurate pathological report and tumor staging. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a standardized process of tissue sampling and pathological report regarding biliary tract tumor. This paper discusses three aspects regarding biliary tract tumor, including the importance of standardized tissue sampling and pathological report, suggestions about main points of intraoperative and postoperative tissue sampling, and main points and standards of pathological report. Surgeons and pathologists should enhance multidisciplinary collaboration and participate in tissue sampling together. A standardized process of tissue sampling and pathological report for biliary tract tumor should be established to improve the pathological diagnostic level of biliary tract tumor in China.
