摘 要:目的调查新疆地区维吾尔族年龄相关性白内障患者的结膜囊细菌分布状况。方法对2013年1月至2015年12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院眼科接受住院治疗的126例(218只眼)来自新疆地区被确诊为年龄相关性白内障的维吾尔族患者结膜囊细菌分布状况进行调查。对全部患者进行统一的问卷调查,并行相关眼部检查。确诊为年龄相关性白内障后,采集患眼下眼睑结膜囊分泌物,接种于血琼脂平板培养基内,培养48 h后进行细菌的分离和鉴定。结膜囊细菌的株数和构成比等以例数和百分数(%)表示。结果在218只眼的结膜囊分泌物中,有110只眼的细菌培养结果为阳性,阳性率为50.5%。共培养出菌株156株,以表皮葡萄球菌最多,共56株,占35.9%;其次为小棒状杆菌,共38株,占24.4%;卡他莫拉菌12株,占7.7%。结论多数新疆地区维吾尔族年龄相关性白内障患者的结膜囊内存在细菌,并以表皮葡萄球菌、棒状杆菌及卡他莫拉菌为优势菌种。Objective To investigate the bacterial status of conjunctival sac in age-related cataract patients of Uygur in Xinjiang area. Methods The bacterial status of conjunctival sac in 126 age-related cataract patients (218 eyes) of Uygur in Xinjiaug area who have been hospitalized in the department of ophthalmology of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university were surveyed from January 2013 to December 2015. A unified questionnaire survey and related eye examination were carried on all the patients. After the diagnosis of age-related cataract, conjunctival sac secretions in lower eyelid of eyes were collected and vaccinated into blood agar plate culture medium. After being incubated for 48 h, those bacteria were isolated and identified. Conjunctival sac bacterial number and proportion were described by number of cases and the percentage (%). Results Positive results were 110 eyes in 218 eyes of conjunctival sac secretion. The rate of positive bacterial cultivation was 50.5%. 156 strains were cultured; most of them were staphylococcus epidermidis, a total of 56 strains, accounting for 35. 9%. In addition, there were corynebacterium parvum (38 strains, 24. 4%) and moraxella catarrhaliswas (12 strains, 7. 7%). Conclusions There are conjunctival sac bacteria in most age-related cataract patients of Uygur in Xinjiang area and the dominant bacteria are staphylococcus epidemnidis, corynebacterium parvum and moraxella catarrhaliswas.
