摘 要:在基因组学研究的时代背景下发展起来的药物基因组学,明确了个体遗传差异对药物作用的影响,并提出根据个体遗传差异指导临床用药的革命性医疗新理念,为精准医学的提出和发展奠定了必要的理论和技术基础,是精准医学发展的基石。以药物基因组学为主的多项组学研究的兴起促使了精准医学的出现,超越了循证医学的医疗模式。加强药物基因组学的研究必将助推精准医学的发展。Pharmacogenomics is developed based on genomics in the age of genomics study. It reveals the role of individual genetic variation in drug response, and puts forward the novel concept of personalized medical treatment based on the genetic variation, which provides the theoretical and technical foundation for the coming and development of precision medicine. Thus, pharmacogenomics can be viewed as the "cornerstone" of the development of precision medicine. Several "omics" focusing on pharmacogenomics promote the rise of precision medicine, which exceeds the evidence-based medicine. To strengthen the researches of pharmacogenomics will definitely hasten the development of precision medicine.
