止血药抗肿瘤血行转移作用的探讨

摘　　要：活血化瘀中药对肿瘤血行转移有促进作用,但笔者采用逆向思维,探讨止血药抗肿瘤血行转移作用。通过中西医对肿瘤转移的认识,认为止血药不仅有固涩作用,而且有维持血液稳态、减少肿瘤血供、扶正解毒作用,在配伍化痰时更能增效。止血药与化痰药合称为止血化痰药,启迪人们从正反两个方面进行思考,体现了中医的整体观念。因此,有必要拓宽思路,更深入地研究止血药在肿瘤转移中的作用。In tradition Chinese medicine（TCM）, medicine used for promoting blood circulation to remove stasis has a function of increasing the tumor transfer through circulation system. In this article, the authors try to discuss the effects of opposite medicine, hemostatics in TCM. From the medication theories of both western and TCM, the authors believe that the hemostatic medicine can not only stagnate the bleeding, but also maintain normal blood status, cut blood supply to tumor cells, promote body function and remove harmful materials. When used with expectorants, those effects of hemostatics are strengthened. So hemostatics and expectorants are together called Zhixue Huatan medicine in TCM. By thinking in two opposite ways, the philosophy of ＂view things as a whole＂ in TCM is manifested. Therefore, it is necessary to broaden our theory to do more research on hemostatic medicine in preventing tumor metastasis.
