摘 要:文章以新疆喀什棉纺织厂60年工厂社区变迁为例,透过民族教育场景审视体制变化对维吾尔族和汉族职工交往的影响,探讨由农业社会向工业社会、计划经济向市场经济转变进程中,工厂社区维汉职工教育交往的发生、变化及断裂现象。研究发现,在职工教育交往断裂中,产权性质、空间分隔、语言障碍等是影响职工教育交往的重要因素。在职工教育交往中,"民族团结教育月"活动作为重要的实践载体,值得引起重视。Taking the changes over 60 years of the factory community of Kashgar cotton textile factory in Xinjiang as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of the change of survey system of ethnic educational scene on communications between Uyghur and Han workers. It discusses the occurrence, changes and fracture in educational communications between them in the factory community during the transformation from agricultural society to industrial society and from the planned economy to the market economy. The research results show that in educational communication fracture, property right, space division and language barrier are the important factors to affect their educational communication, while the activity of "National Unity Education Month" is an important practice which deserves more attention.
