摘 要:橡胶隔震支座应用范围广泛,受力状态十分复杂。在实际应用时,各类结构对橡胶隔震支座的橡胶层和加劲钢板层的层数、厚度有不同的要求。因此,如何确定橡胶隔震支座的各种结构参数十分重要。在扭矩作用下,根据圆形橡胶隔震支座构造特点和变形特征,同时考虑到橡胶层和加劲钢板层的层数、厚度的变化,假定了一组满足边界条件的试探位移函数。利用变分原理和卡氏第二定律推导出了圆形橡胶隔震支座的扭转刚度计算公式。通过比较,计算值和实测值吻合程度较好。The rubber vibration isolation bearing is widely applicated,but its stress state is very complex.In practical application,a variety of structures have different requirements for layers and thickness of rubber and stiffened steel plate of rubber vibration isolation bearings.Therefore,howto determine the structural parameters of the rubber vibration isolation bearing is very important in the design.According to structural and deformation characteristics of the circular rubber vibration bearing under the action of torsional moment,as well as the changes of layers and thickness of rubber and stiffened steel plate,a group of trial displacement functions satisfying the boundary conditions were assumed in this paper.By using the variation principle and the second Castingliano's theorem,the torsion stiffness formula was derived.By comparison,the calculated and measured values were in good agreement.
