摘 要:水泥-水玻璃双液注浆力学行为的定量研究对注浆土层中地下管线等结构的变形分析具有重要意义。对注浆压力0.4,0.8,1.0 MPa,距注浆中心0.5,0.8,1.0 m,不同注浆龄期时的高精度测斜管的变形进行了试验测定,依据试验结果提出注浆土层测斜管受到的均布荷载的计算公式。经有限元模拟计算验证,当测斜管承受由该公式计算得出的均布荷载时,测斜管变形有限元计算值与实测值比较吻合。该结论对变形控制严格、必须进行变形预测与分析的水泥-水玻璃双液注浆加固结构具有参考价值。Quantitative study of cement-waterglass double liquid grouting mechanical behavior has an important meaning for deformation analysis of underground pipeline structures in grouting soil and so on.Experimental measurements for the high-precision inclinometer pipe deformation at 0.5 m,0.8 m and 1.0 m from grouting center were made with grouting pressure of 0.4 MPa,0.8 MPa and 1.0 MPa during different grouting stages,and the calculation formula for uniform load of inclinometer pipe in grouting soil was put forward according to the experimental results.Through verification by finite element simulating and calculating,the results calculated by finite element method are well coincident with the measured value of the inclinometer pipe deformation when the inclinometer pipe is under the uniform load calculated by the above formula.The conclusion has strict deformation requirements and the deformation of cement-waterglass double liquid grouting reinforcement structure must be predicted and analyzed,which has a certain reference value.
