摘　　要：分析行业举办的高等学校办学收入和经费使用现状,探讨办学经费保障长效机制的构建,提出举办方要解放思想,转变观念,理顺关系;政府要确保政策到位、责任落实;高校要千方百计多渠道筹措资金、调整支出结构,优化资源配置。This paper analyzes the current situation of the school-running revenue and expenditure of industry-run colleges and universities as well as probing into the construction of the long-term mechanism for the school-running expenditure guarantee.In addition,it puts forward relevant suggestions.For example,the sponsor should emancipate the mind,change the concept and straighten out the relations;the government should ensure the implementation of relevant policies and responsibilities;the colleges and universities should make every attempt to raise money,adjust the expenditure structure and optimize the resource allocation.
