摘　　要：早期妊娠失败(EPF)是指在妊娠12周末之前,受精卵发育异常而自动终止发育者,是自然流产前的阶段。近年来,随着超声技术的飞速发展,阴道超声检查被认为是评估妊娠后胚胎发育的标准检查,使得妊娠失败得到了早期诊断和及时治疗,期待管理和药物治疗已逐渐替代了传统的手术刮宫,从而避免和降低了手术并发症的发生。Early pregnancy failure is a period prior to spontaneous abortion, and defined as development abnormality of fertilized oocytes and automatic termination of development within before 12 weeks of gestation. Recently, transvaginal sonography is considered to be a standard examination for embryonic development after pregnancy, which makes the failure of pregnancy to be early diagnosed and timely treated. Now the traditional surgical curettage is gradually replaced by expected management and drug therapy. As the results, the operative complications are declined.
