古医籍更年期女性用药四气五味归经规律探析

摘　　要：目的:探析古医籍中更年期女性应用药物的四气五味和归经规律。方法:建立古医籍更年期女性应用药物文献数据库,采用文献计量及数据挖掘的方法,系统分析其用药的四气五味和归经规律。结果:更年期女性常用药物四气主要是以温性、寒性、平性为主,其中,温性药物占43.73%;五味主要是以甘味、苦味和辛味为主,其中,甘味药占31.35%;归经主要是以脾经、肺经和胃经为主,其中,归脾经的药物占19.81%。结论:古代医家治疗更年期女性疾病用药四气五味归经规律,为现代临床更年期疾病药物应用提供参考。Objective：To explore the four nature of drugs and five flavours and channel tropism of women＇s drugs used in menopause of ancient medical books.Methods：A literature database of drugs used in ancient menopausal women was established.The method of bibliometrics and data mining was used to systematically analyze the four nature of drugs,five flavours,and channel tropism of drugs.Results：The four nature of drugs commonly used in menopausal women gave priority to cold,warm,and calm,and the warm drugs accounted for 43.73%.The five flavours gave priority to sweet,bitter and pungent,and the sweet drugs accounted for 31.35%.The channel tropism gave priority to spleen,lung and stomach channels,and drugs attributed to spleen channel accounted for 19.81%.Conclusion：The rule of four nature of drugs,five flavours,and channel tropism used in treating menopausal female diseases by ancient physicians could provide reference for application of drugs in treating menopausal diseases in modern clinic.
