摘　　要：分析目前高校公房装修改造管理的现状,指出新形势下加强高校公房装修改造管理的必要性,对高校公房管理尤其是公房装修改造管理中存在的问题进行归类和分析,针对存在的问题提出解决方法和建议措施。By analyzing the present situation of the management of public houses renovation in Colleges and Universities, this paper pointed out the necessity of strengthening the management of public houses renovation, summarized some problems existing in the management of public houses renovation in Colleges and Universities. Some suggestions to solve the problems were presented.
