摘　　要：目的探讨改良上睑成形术治疗中老年人眼睑皮肤松弛症的临床效果。方法选取67例上睑皮肤松弛症患者,采取改良的上睑成形术,术前夹捏测量确定皮肤切除范围,术中切除皮肤、皮下组织后,分离而不切开眼轮匝肌,对眶隔内脂肪视情况采取部分切除、保留和转移的方法,睑板前"三点式"间断切除小块眼轮匝肌后睑板前固定形成重睑。结果 67例患者上睑皮肤松弛均得到矫正,上睑功能正常,重睑形态自然,鱼尾纹明显减轻,无眼睑闭合不全或睑外翻。切口痕迹隐蔽,6个月后随访无明显痕迹。结论改良上睑成形术方法可靠,创伤小,恢复快,临床效果满意。Objective To investigate the application of minimally invasive hlepharoplasty in the treatment of upper-lid dermatochalasis. Methods Sixty-seven cases with dermatochalasis were treated with a modified blepharoplasty with a new incision that could remove more excess skin on the upper lid above the lateral canthus. The orbicularis muscle was separated instead of cutting through or being resected. The orbital fat in the medial compartment was reserved in all cases, and only the nasal compartment could be removed conservatively in selected patients. Results Complete correction was achieved in all patients without obvious complications. Conclusions Minimally invasive blepharoplasty could reduce postoperative swelling and minimize the recovery time with effective and good outcomes.
