社会变迁视域下藏族传统体育文化的美育审视

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等研究方法审视社会变迁视域下藏族体育文化的美育价值和传承路径。提出通过挖掘藏族体育文化的美育元素,藏族体育文化中美育元素的传承和发展,搭建藏族体育文化与美育融合的平台,包括利用现代传媒、竞赛、表演、融入全民健身等方式、途径达到对藏族体育文化的传承和美育效果。The paper uses the methods of documentary and logic reasoning to explore aesthetic values and inheritable means of Tibetan physical education culture during the process of social changes. It Puts forward some effective ways to inherit and develop aesthetic effect of Tibetan tradition sports culture, such as excavating aesthetic elements of Tibetan physical education culture, inheriting and developing the aes- thetic elements of Tibetan physical education, and establishing the platforms for the affinity of aesthetic education and Tibetan sports culture （i. e, modern social media, contests, performances, and national fitness）.
