摘  要:目的采用葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶(glucose oxidase-peroxidase,GOD-POD)定量检测纤维桩的微渗漏,分析全酸蚀、自酸蚀及自黏结3种树脂类黏结剂对纤维桩粘固后的冠方微渗漏的影响。方法将大小形态相似的24颗离体上前牙经常规根管治疗,根管上2/3行桩道预备后随机分为3组各8颗牙,分别采用全酸蚀、自酸蚀、自黏结树脂类黏结剂黏结直径为1.8mm的同一种纤维桩。截取离体牙釉牙骨质界下方6mm牙体作为实验试件,采用GOD-POD法测量其微渗漏情况。结果全酸蚀树脂黏结剂Duolink的微渗漏为(0.916±0.106)mmol/L,自黏结树脂黏结剂Embrace WetBond的微渗漏为(0.958±0.047)mmol/L,自酸蚀树脂黏结剂Multilink N的微渗漏为(0.992±0.079)mmol/L,3种黏结剂试件间微渗漏程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同种类树脂黏结剂粘固纤维桩后均有微渗漏发生,与自黏结树脂黏结剂、自酸蚀树脂黏结剂比较,全酸蚀树脂黏结剂产生的微渗漏程度较轻。Objective To analyze the influence of three kinds of resin cements on coronal microleakage of fiber posts by determining microleagage with glucose oxidase-peroxidase(GOD-POD)method.Methods A total of 24 extracted upper incisors of similar size and shape were randomly divided into 3groups,with 8teeth in each group.After conventional root canal treatment and post space preparation,three kinds of resin cements(total-etch,self-etch and self-bonding)were used to stick fiber posts with bond diameter of 1.8mm.The specimens were cut out 6mm from cemento-enamel junction.The degree of microleakage was measured by GOD-POD method.Results The microleakage degrees of total-etch resin cements(Duolink),self-bonding resin cements(Embrace WetBond)and self-etch resin cements(Multilink N)were(0.916±0.106),(0.958±0.047)and(0.992±0.079)mmol/L,respectively(P〈0.05).Conclusion Microleakage occurs after the treatment with all three resin cements.Total-etch resin cement owns a superiority in the microleakage as compared with self-etch resin cements and self-bonding resin cements.
