摘　　要：本文以项目管理中的绩效评估理论为指导，深入研究高校的文化校园建设项目的绩效评估体系构建。从校园文化建设项目中包括的制度文化、物质文化、精神文化、行为文化和活动文化五个方面确定了关键绩效指标。并通过确定权重和标准进行量化处理，得出绩效评估的结果。in this paper, the performance evaluation theory in project management as a guide, in-depth study of university culture of the campus construction project performance evaluation system to build. From the campus culture construction projects included in the system culture, material culture, spiritual culture, behavior culture and cultural five aspects to determine the key performance indicators, and through the quantitative and standards, and determining the weight of performance evaluation results.
