消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2012年8月—2014年10月收治的80例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机对照原则将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组患者给予常规GP或NP化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用消癌平注射液治疗。治疗后对患者进行随访,对近期疗效进行评价,观察并记录不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率为47.5%,高于对照组患者的32.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者各种不良反应发生率均低于对照组患者,但组间差异未见明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效可靠,安全性较好,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： 80 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from August 2012 to October 2012 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received regular GP or NP chemotherapy treatment, and the observation group received Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group. After treatment, patients were followed-up to evaluate the recent efficacy, observe and record adverse reaction. Result： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 47.5%, which was higher than that of the control group, 32.5%, the difference between two groups was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of the adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference between two groups was of no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy had reliable clinical effect in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and it was of good safety, therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion.
