摘  要:通过对五位世界优秀男子网球运动员2015年赛程安排及参赛实况分析,研究其年度训练周期划分与训练特征。提出了“赛事型准备期”和“赛事型恢复期”周期划分概念,为因传统训练周期中准备期不明显或缺失造成的现代男子网球职业赛事周期划分障碍提供了解决方法。研究结果显示:五位优秀运动员年度训练和参赛具有明显的周期性特征,其年度赛程可划分为五个赛事阶段,每赛事阶段包含1~2个赛事周期。五位优秀网球运动员的周期划分符合其竞技状态产生、发展的规律。年度比赛时间超过训练时间,比赛负荷可替代训练负荷,“赛事型准备期”和“赛事型恢复期”可充当传统训练周期中的准备期和恢复期。训练周期理论具有普遍的指导意义。This paper has a study on the division and characteristics of the annual training period of the world elite male tennis players, through the analysis of schedule arrangement and living participating of the five world elite male tennis players in 2015. This paper proposes the concept of" competitive preparatory phase" and" competitive recovery phase" , which provide a solution to the problem of period partition for losing traditional preparation peri- od. The results show that:The annual training periods of the five elite male tennis players are obvious and their an- nual competitive schedule can be divided into five stages, each of which contains 1 to 2 periods. The period division of the five elite tennis players is in accordance with the law of the generation and development of the competitive state. Players spend more times on competition than train- ing, training load can be replaced by competitive load, "competitive preparatory phase" and "competitive recov- ery phase" can be used as preparation period and recov- ery period of the traditional training period. Periodical training theory has universal guiding significance.
