高校行政人员高脂血症检出情况及健康管理对策

摘　　要：目的了解某高校行政人员高脂血症的检出状况,探究该人群的健康管理对策。方法选取2014年11月-2014年12月某高校参加教职工体检的行政人员298人作为研究对象,收集整理其体检结果资料并对其血脂指标进行分析。结果研究对象的高脂血症总检出率为34.9%。男性高脂血症检出率及高甘油三酯血症（高TG血症）检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。40~60岁组研究对象的高脂血症检出率高于22~39岁组研究对象,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。男性研究对象低密度脂蛋白胆固醇过高（高LDL-C）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇过高（高VLDL-C）及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇过低（低HDL-C）检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。40~49岁组研究对象高TG血症检出率最高,50~60岁组研究对象高胆固醇血症（高TC血症）检出率最高。结论该高校行政人员高脂血症患病状况不容乐观,且高脂血症检出率与研究对象的性别、年龄有关。因此需对该高校行政人员,特别是40岁以上的男性行政人员进行血脂水平的控制及规范的健康管理。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperlipemia among college administrative staff and also explore potential health management measures for this population.Methods A total of 298 administrative staff from a college who had a health checkup from November 2014 to December 2014 were included for analysis.Their health checkup data were collected and their blood lipid parameters were analyzed.Results The overall prevalence of hyperlipemia was 34.9%.The prevalence of both hyperlipemia and hypertriglyceridemia（high TG）was significantly higher in males than that in females（P〈0.05）.The prevalence of hyperlipemia in the 40~60age group was significantly higher than that in the 22~39age group（P〈0.05）.Males had significantly higher rates of high LDL-C,high VLDL-C,and low HDL-C compared with females（P〈0.05）.The40~49age group had the highest prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia（high TG）,while the 50~60age group had the highest prevalence of hypercholesteremia（high TC）.Conclusion The prevalence of hyperlipemia is correlated with gender and age.Based on these findings,the current situation seems not optimistic,and thus the blood lipid levels should be controlled and health management should be standardized for this population,especially male staff above 40 years of age.
