摘 要:传统的学生干部考评方法具有一定局限性。以可拓论为基础构建一套新的学生干部考核方法,通过建立学生干部考评多维物元模型,依据最大关联度定位考评结果所属等级,计算级别变量特征值以精确量化考评等级内学生干部综合表现。实例计算结果表明,可拓考评方法能够科学、准确地衡量学生干部的综合考评素质,弥补传统考评方法的不足,能够为学生干部考评过程中管理决策提供科学的依据,具有良好的应用前景。Traditional appraisal method of student cadres is usually based on scores of item indexes and weighted average. The method has the limitation that the rank of appraisal results is merely classified ac- cording to the range the integrated score lies in. This paper introduces a set of new appraisal method based on extension theory in which a multi-dimensional matter element model of student cadres is established and the appraisal results are distinguished according to the maximum degree of association. The comprehensive performance of student cadres is precisely quantified in terms of eigenvalues of grade variables. The calcu- lated results of a real case indicate that the appraisal method based on extension theory can evaluate student cadres' quality scientifically and accurately and can also make up for the deficiency of the tradition- al method. The new proposed appraisal method can provide basis for management of student cadres and it possesses a promising application prospect.
