摘  要:目前,我国大部分地方院校所开设的广播电视编导专业,在办学方向、教学模式、人才培养等方面,都存在一定的趋同性。面向未来的编导专业人才培养模式,必须厘清其与学生、学校、社会之间的关系,把握学生与教师两个关键点,夯实教室、实验室、媒体演播厅与实训基地平台,努力探索学生、学校、社会三要素加三种机制,即基于运用的理论与实践紧密结合的课堂教学机制、基于能力的实践性训练机制、基于就业的学校与社会合作协同创新教育机制的"3+3"人才培养模式。At present,radio and television professional in most of local universities have a certain convergence in areas of the school-running orientation,the teaching mode,and the personnel training.The training mode of the future director of professional talents must clarify its relationship with students,schools and society and grasp the two key points,reinforce classroom,laboratory,media studio and training base platform,and strive to explore the students,schools,society three elements and three kinds of mechanisms,namely talent training mode of"three plus three"based on the theory and practice of combining,application of the theory and practice of classroom teaching mechanism,practical training mechanism of ability and cooperation between school and society innovation education mechanism.
