高校教师外显形象价值及提升路径研究

摘　　要：高校教师形象是教师理论研究中一个上位的、具有综合性的研究课题。教师的知识能力和职业技能等反映其内隐性形象,体现了教师的"硬实力",而行为形象、视觉形象及形体服饰等反映其外显性形象,则体现了教师"软实力"。教师的内在素质需求必然通过教师的外显性形象表现出来。通过对教师外显性形象的内涵与价值分析,提出塑造教师良好外显性形象的路径与对策。College teachers＇ image is a superior and comprehensive research topic in the teacher theory. Teachers＇ knowledge, capacity and vocational skills reflect the internal image and embody the hard power of the teachers. While behavior, appearance, shape and dressing reflect the external image, which embodies the soft power of the teachers, teachers＇ inner qualities need to be demonstrated by their external image. This paper analyzes the conno- tations and values of teachers＇ external image and proposes paths and suggestions of improving the external image value of college teachers.
