摘 要:目的探讨细胞分化抑制因子-1(Id-1)在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法收集200例宫颈癌组织标本、100例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)标本、30例正常宫颈组织标本进行免疫组化分析,对比3种组织标本中Id-1蛋白的阳性表达率,分析Id-1蛋白的阳性表达率与宫颈癌患者临床病理特征及术后预后的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中的Id-1蛋白阳性率表达率为73.50%,高于CIN组织的9.00%和正常宫颈组织的6.77%(P<0.05)。组织分化呈低分化、淋巴结转移、病灶最大径≥3cm、FIGO分期Ⅲ期患者宫颈癌组织中的Id-1蛋白阳性表达率较高(P<0.05)。82例接受手术的宫颈癌患者中,Id-1阳性60例,Id-1阴性22例;Id-1阳性的手术患者死亡比例为39.29%,高于Id-1阴性患者的13.64%(P<0.05),中位生存时间为42.0个月,短于Id-1阴性患者的46.0个月(P<0.05)。结论 Id-1在宫颈癌组织中高表达,并可能与患者的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、病灶最大径、FIGO分期及远期预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of inhibitor-1 of differentiation( Id-1 ) in cervical cancer tissues. Methods Two hundreds specimens of cervical cancer tissue, 100 specimens of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissue, and 30 specimens of normal cervical tissues were collected and assayed using inmmnohistoehemistry. Positive expression rate of Id-1 protein was compared among these 3 different tissue specimens, and its relationship with clinieopathological characteristics and postoperative prognosis of cervical cancer patients were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Id-1 protein in the cervical cancer tissue was 73.50% , higher than that in CIN tissue (9%) and normal cervical tissue (6.77%) ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression rates of Id-1 protein were higher in the cervical cancer tissues of the patients with poor differentiation of tissues, lymph node metastasis, maximum diameter of the lesion≥3 era, and FIGO stage Ⅲ( P 〈 0.05 ). Of 82 patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgery,60 were found with positive Id-1 protein, and 22 with negative Id-1 protein. For cervical cancer patients with postoperative Id-1 protein positive, the mortality of was higher (39.29% vs. 13.64% ,P 〈 0.05 ) , and the median survival time was less(42 months vs. 46 months,P 〈 0.05) compared to patients with Id-1 protein negative. Conclusion It is indicated that Id-1 highly expresses in cervical cancer tissues, and may be related to the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis, maximum diameter of lesions, FIGO stage, and long-term prognosis in patients with cervical cancer.
