摘　　要：现行的学籍档案管理制约了国际化教育发展,高校必须改革传统的学籍档案管理模式,将管理重点下移至档案的产生环节。在职能部门的运行工作中,贯彻与时俱进的档案管理理念,利用网络与数字化校园平台抓紧学生电子数据这条线,随着工作的加深而数据愈加详实完整,让档案管理并轨职能运行工作,最后产生高质量双语学籍档案是水到渠成的事。The current students archives management restricts the development of international education. Colleges and universities must reform the traditional students status archives management, putting the management focus in the archives generation. In the running of functional departments, we should carry out the advanced concept of archives management and take students data as the center with the help of network and digital campus platform. With the deepening of work, the students data will be getting more and more complete and detailed. The archives management blends in the running of functional departments. Thus, bilingual archives management of high quality will come into being naturally.
