转型发展背景下地方本科高校智慧校园建设研究

摘　　要：根据国家的发展规划,部分地方普通高校要向应用型转变,这给学校的信息化建设提出了新要求。研究了转型发展背景下地方本科高校智慧校园建设的建设目标、建设内容,分析了建设过程中存在的"智慧化"和教育资源建设等关键问题并给出了解决思路和举措。该研究对转型发展背景下建设地方本科高校智慧校园具有借鉴意义。According to the national development planning, some local colleges and universities should transform to the application-oriented type, which brings about new requirements for the information construction. This paper studies the target and contents of smart campus construction in local colleges and universities during the transformation, analyzes the key problems in the process of intelligence construction and educational resource allocation, and gives out the solution and relevant measures. The study has great significance to the construction of smart campus in local colleges and universities during the period of their transitional development.
