摘　　要：互联网自20世纪60年代孕育以来,一直深受诸多政治因素影响。国家控制、自由主义、跨国合作和商业竞争的奇妙糅合,塑造了今天的互联网。通过剖析互联网诞生时的政治背景,以及互联网早期关键技术内嵌的政治性,将互联网技术的创新置于根据各种价值观作出决定的社会情境中来思考,论述互联网技术本身具有的政治秉性。Since 1960s ,when Internet was breeding , it has been influenced by many political factors. The combination of state control, liberalism, cross - border cooperation and business competition created today＇s Internet. By analyzing the political background of the birth of Internet and political nature of early embedded key technologies,this study discusses the innovative of Internet technology in the social situation which was decided by varies values. This study also discusses the political nature of Internet technology .
