摘  要:建立了白酒中挥发性酚类物质的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。准确量取25.0 m L酒样,利用C18固相萃取柱吸附洗脱后,采用气相色谱-质谱仪定量测定。结果表明,样品回收率为80.2%~92.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为3.4%~7.8%;方法在0.02~10.00μg/m L浓度范围内具有很好的线性关系,相关系数R2≥0.99,检出限为1.4~4.4μg/L,定量限为4.8~14.8μg/L;该方法具有操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏的特点,适用于白酒样品中挥发性酚的分析检测。The method to determine volatile phenols in Jiangxiang Baijiu by GC-MS has been developed. 25.0 mL liquor sample measured accurately, after elution with C18 solid phase extraction column, quantitative detection was performed by GC-MS. The experimental results showed that, the average recovery was 80.2 % to 92.8 %, and RSD was 3.4 % to 7.8 % (n=7). The determination displayed a good linearity within the concentration range from 0.02 to 10.00 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient R2 higher than 0.99. The detection limit was 1.4 to 4.4 μg/L, and the limits of quantitation was 4.8 to 14.8 μg/L. This method was simple, sensitive and accurate, suitable for the analysis of volatile phenols in Jiangxiang Baijiu.
