摘  要:包班制是国外许多国家和地区普遍采用的一种教学组织形式。文章根据培智学校包班制教学的理论与实践研究现状,分析了包班制的优势和不足,认为培智学校包班制对个别化教学、课程改革、教师发展、家校合作等方面具有一定积极作用的同时,在教师的态度、教师对学生的评价、教育部门的保障等方面存在着一些问题。基于此,提出解决对策,即加强特殊教育全科教师培养;国家重视并增加投入;包班制要与分科教学、协同教学有机结合等。The mode of responsibility system of teaching is a kind of teaching organization form,which is widely used in many foreign countries and regions. According to the situation of theoretical and practical researches on this mode,this paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,considering that it plays a positive role in the individualized teaching,curriculum reform,teacher development,parents-school cooperation and so on,however,there are disadvantages in some aspects such as the teachers' attitude,the teachers' assessment on students and the guarantee of educational departments. On this basis,the countermeasures are presented,including the strengthening of training teachers capable of teaching all subjects; the attention by the government and the increase of input; the integration of disciplines teaching and cooperative teaching.
