摘 要:在流入地接受更高阶段的教育尤其是参加高考已成为随迁子女的迫切愿望。通过对10个城市的调研分析发现,随迁子女流入地高考的政策实施评价、政策知晓、政策接纳、政策影响,以及随迁子女家庭的教育需求与规划均有一定的差异。进一步推动随迁子女在流入地参加高考,推进教育公平,应着力加强各类媒体对政策的传播作用,提升政策的知晓度;建立多方参与的决策机制,凝聚各方共识;依据客观条件与舆情,适当降低门槛;打造职业教育贯通式培养立交桥,增加随迁子女的教育选择机会;根据城市功能定位,探索随迁子女流入地高考分类管理政策。Accessing to higher level of education, especially the college entrance examination in the migrant cities, is becoming the urgent desire of the migrant children. Based on investigation on the migrant children in 10 cities, it is found that there are some differences in policy assessment, awareness, admition, and influence, as well as the educational demand and planning of migrant families. To promote the implementation of the policy of accessing to the college entrance examination in migrant cities and enhance educational equity, it is suggested that all kinds of media play prominent role in enhancing the awareness of the policy, establish decision-making mechanism of multi stakeholders involved, reduce barriers to entry, construct an overpass to integrate undergraduate education with vocational education and increase the chances for migrant children to access to education; explore the clarified management policy for migrant children to take part in the college entrance examination in migrant cities according to the orientation of the function of cities.
