低磁场MRI增强对脑转移瘤的诊断

摘　　要：目的 :研究低磁场MRI增强对脑转移瘤的诊断价值。方法 :用GE 0 .2T开放型磁共振成像系统 ,在常规扫描后静脉快速推注GD -DTPA(0 .2ml/kg) ,选用T1 加权序列取相应的断面。结果 :5 2例中单发脑转移瘤 19例 ,多发脑转移瘤 3 3例 ,病灶发生在幕上 82个 ,幕下 3 6个 ,共检出转移病灶 118个。强化扫描较平扫多发现 5 3个。结论 :低磁场MRI增强对脑转移瘤的诊断是很敏感的。Objective:To evaluate the value of contrast enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of brain metastasis by 0.2T scanner.Methods:Use the GE 0.2T open MR system, After plain scanning, rapid intravenous injection of GD-DTPA (0.2ml/kg) was performed to scan the correlated slices on enhanced T 1WI.Results:19 patients with single lesion and 33 cases with multiple lesions were detected on MRI. Consequently, a total of 118 metastastic foci were founded, 82 out of them were supra-tentorial and 36 were infra-tentorial. The post-contrast imaging demonstrated additional 53 foci which the pre-contrast scanning has not shown.Conclusions:The contrast enhanced 0.2T MRI is a very sensitive method to detect the brain metastasis.
