摘 要:食品安全满意度反映了消费者对食品的风险认知与态度,体现为食品安全期望与食品安全评价两个方面。在我国城乡二元结构之下,食品安全监管呈现出明显的二元特征,进而造成城乡居民对食品安全评价的差异。对山东省5个市的食品安全满意度进行调查,分析城乡居民的食品安全评价与期望差异,并进一步分析影响食品安全评价的因素。在实证分析的基础上,提出应从社会共治、食品安全工作模式方面针对城乡制定差异化策略,最终提升我国食品安全整体监管绩效。Food safety satisfaction reflects the consumers' risk awareness and attitude towards food, embodies for two aspects: food safety expectation and food safety evaluation. Under the dualistic structure in China's urban and rural areas, the food safety supervision showed a clear dualistic structure, thus coursing the difference of food safety evaluation from the urban and rural people. We make an investigation of food safety satisfaction around 14363 residents from five cities in Shandong province, and analyze the difference of food safety expectation and evaluation between the urban and rural people, then further analyze the factors which influence the food safety supervision. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper proposes the differentiation strategies should be formulated aimed at the urban and rural from the social common governance and food safety work model, and ultimately improve the overall regulatory performance of food safety in China.
