摘  要:为了研发华北地区关键金龟甲种类的成虫引诱剂配方,根据成虫访花习性和已报道的活性成分,选取植物常见的14种花香气味物质(水杨酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸乙酯、乙酸苯甲酯、水杨醛、苯甲醛、苯乙醛、肉桂醛、苯甲醇、β-苯乙醇、香叶醇、R-(-)-芳樟醇、丁香酚和苯乙酮),通过大田诱捕进行了单剂筛选、活性成分配比优化和剂量-反应测试。结果表明,苯乙醛和乙酸苯甲酯诱虫活性最强,香叶醇活性较弱,其他无效;固定总剂量为1 000μL时,600μL苯乙醛+400μL乙酸苯甲酯效果最好;随后固定二者体积比为3∶2进行剂量反应测试,发现200~2 000μL的宽泛剂量范围内诱捕量均无显著差异。结合诱捕量和诱芯成本因素,推荐120μL苯乙醛+80μL乙酸苯甲酯包结于0.5%琼脂胶中制成诱芯,用于华北重要金龟甲种类测报或防治。To develop an effective attractant blend for trapping several key scarab beetle species in North China,we selected 14 common floral volatiles( methyl salicylate,methyl benzoate,ethyl benzoate,benzyl acetate,salicylaldehyde,benaldehyde,phenylacetaldehyde,cinnamaldehyde,benzyl alcohol,β-phenylethyl alcohol,geraniol,R-(-)-linalool,eugenol,and acetophenone) based on the floral-visiting habit of these scarabs and active compounds previously reported,and conducted three trapping experiments as single component comparison,blend optimization,and dose-response test. The results showed that phenylacetaldehyde and benzyl acetate exhibited the strongest attractiveness,geraniol had a weaker activity,and the rest did not show any activities. When the total dose was fixed at 1 000μL,600 μL phenylacetaldehyde plus 400 μL benzyl acetate showed the strongest attractiveness. When the volume ratio of these two components contained in the binary blend was fixed at 3∶ 2,no significant difference was found among a broad range of total doses from 200 μL to 2 000 μL. Considering trap catch and cost,we recommend a binary blend( 120 μL phenylacetaldehyde plus 80 μL benzyl acetate),embedded in 0. 5% agaropectin,as an effective lure for population monitoring or suppression of key scarab species in north China.
