摘　　要：介绍杨白燕教授运用针刺治疗无脉症经验。无脉症,系因素体虚弱,或五脏为病,又复感风寒之邪,内外合邪,气血凝滞,经脉痹阻而成。杨白燕教授遵循宣痹益气,通阳复脉的治疗原则,通过局部刺激配合远近取穴,取得了良好的临床疗效。The article introduces experience of professor YANG Bai-yan on treating Takayasu arteritis by using acupuncture. Takayasu arteritis is caused by factors as body weakness, or the disease of the five internal organs, and at the same time complex sense of wind cold. The internal evil together with the external evil caused qi and blood stagnation, and made meridians＇ block- age. Professor Yang obtained good clinical efficacy by following the rapeutic principles as xuan bi yi qi, tong yang fu mai by stimulating acupuncture points near and far.
