摘　　要：创业板上市公司在融资等方面的特殊性,已成为学术界和实务界聚焦的热点议题之一。本文选取我国股票市场上创业板上市公司为研究样本,以2015年公司的指标数据对其资本结构现状进行分析,对创业板上市公司提出针对性建议,以期有助于企业融资策略的选择。The particularities of companies listed on GEM such as financing has become a hot spot in the academic and the practice field. This article selects stock market listed companies of China as research samples, analysis the situation of the Capital Structure of the listed company on GEM of China according to the financial data of 2015. This article also puts forward the countermeasures for the listed company on GEM of China in order to help them make financing strategic decisions.
