摘　　要：文本以广州非洲裔商人在华身份建构研究为个案,分析展望中国未来移民政策与理论建构的问题与路径。研究发现,移民与本地居民、组织、媒体、政府之间客观性地呈现出具有中国特色的来华外国人移民身份认同和建构过程,尝试提炼出"跨文化协商"的理论视角。在上述理论和实践探索基础上,结合历史上有关移民的三个假设与中国现状,为未来中国的移民政策朝向——审慎的、分阶段逐步完善的移民友好目的国提出建议和下一步相关研究的方向。The essay writers take the identity construction of African merchants in Guangzhou as a case for study and analyses the problem and approach of immigrants＂ policy and theoretic construction in envisioned China＇s future. The research indicates that the identity and construction of alien immigrants in China with Chinese characteristics are shown objectively among local residents, organization, media and government and attempts to extract the theoretic perspective of ＂cross-culture negotiation＂. Based on theory and practice exploration mentioned above line with three assumptions about immigrants in history and China＇s reality, the writers put the suggestion to prudent, phased and gradually-improved immigrants-friendly destination countries and direction for next relevant research for China＇s future immigration-policy orientation.
