摘  要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)、1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3,3,3-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D^F_3)、四甲基二硅氧烷(D^H_2)、烯丙基环氧基聚醚、KHSO_3为原料,经开环聚合、硅氢加成和磺化反应制得一种磺酸盐型氟硅表面活性剂FPESS。用FTIR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,对FPESS磺化反应条件进行了优化,并对FPESS的表面张力、发泡力、乳化力、耐酸碱盐、耐硬水稳定性进行了考察。FPESS磺化反应的最佳条件为:n(环氧基)∶n(KHSO_3)=1∶1.2,反应温度60℃,反应时间6 h;性能测试结果表明:FPESS水溶液的临界胶束质量浓度为2.0 g/L,表面张力(γCMC)为21.01 mN/m,质量分数为0.1%(以水为基准,下同)的FPESS的发泡力为1.47,5 min时的稳泡性为0.71,质量分数为0.5%的FPESS对煤油、石油醚、异戊醇的乳化力良好,FPESS溶液耐酸碱盐化学性质稳定,在硬水中的稳定性为4级。Sulfonate fluorosilicone surfactant(FPESS) was synthesized via ring-opening polymerization,hydrosilylation and sulfonic reaction using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D_4) 1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane(D-F3),1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane(D-H2),allyl epoxy polyether,and potassium hydrogen sulphite as raw materials.The chemical structure of FPESS was characterized by means of FTIR and1 HNMR.Besides,the sulfonic reaction conditions of FPESS were optimized.The properties of FPESS,such as surface tension,foam ability,emulsifying ability,acid,alkali and saltstability,stability in hard water were investigated.The optimum condition for synthesis of FPESS was as follows:n(epoxy group) ∶ n(KHSO3) = 1∶1.2,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,and reaction time was 6 h.The experimental results indicated that the critical micelle concentration(CMC)was 2.0 g/L,The surface tension at CMC(γCMC) of FPESS solution was 21.01 m N/m.The foaming ability of 0.1%(mass fraction) FPESS solution was 1.47,and the foam stability after 5 min was 0.71.In addition,0.5%(mass fraction) of FPESS had good emulsifying ability to kerosene,petroleum ether,isoamyl alcohol,The FPESS solution exhibited excellent chemical stability of acid-resisting,alkali-resisting and salt-resisting.The stability of FPESS in hard water was grade 4.
