摘  要:随着雷达规模小型化、功能复杂化的发展趋势,越来越狭小的空间给雷达维修带来了很大困难,甚至发生设计出来的产品无法进行维修的情况。传统的维修性设计分析与评估凭个人经验依据模型和工程图进行估计,极不准确。基于此,文中搭建产品数字化虚拟维修的流程,阐述了雷达虚拟维修性仿真试验方法,通过某雷达的虚拟维修性仿真验证,实现了设计、制造和维修的并行协作,实现数字化虚拟制造及维修,显著升级改造传统的产品设计和装配制造过程,节约产品研制时间,找出产品设计缺陷,进而全面提高雷达研发能力。Along with the develop trend of miniaturization in dimension and complication in performance, the roomage becomes smaller and smaller, which brings difficulties to the maintaining of radars, and it even happened that the product designed couldn't be maintained. The traditional analysis and evaluation of maintenance design were estimated in accordance with personal experience from 3D models and 2D drawings, and were very inaccurate. So, a digital virtual maintaining platform was built, and virtual maintenance simulation tests were studied. And then the parallel cooperation of design, manufacture and maintaining was realized, the digital virtual manufacture and maintaining was carried out. So, the conventional design and manufacture were upgraded prominently, the developing time was saved, the design defects were discovered, and then the abilities of radar development were elevated roundly.
