摘 要:目前在地铁联络通道冻结法施工中,对于因短暂时间停电、设备故障等原因造成的停冻影响,按有关规定,需延长2倍积极冻结时间,易于造成工程延期l~2d。北京地铁6号线玉带河大街站一郝家府站区间2号联络通道冻结过程中,因更换供液管而导致停冻。通过对停冻时的实测数据分析,结合数值模拟计算,得出了小于8h的短时间停冻对冻结施工基本无影响的结论,从而减少了非必要冻结时间,降低了人工和时间的不必要消耗。In the present ground freezing construction of the connection passage in the metro system,as for the ground freezing influences occurred by the short temporary time power failure, equipment fai- lure and other causes, according to the related regulations, the active freezing time should be expanded by two times and the engineering period of the project would be expanded to 1-2 days. In the freezing process of No. 2 connection passage between Yudaihe Street Station and Haojiafu Station in No. 6 Line of Beijing Metro System,a ground freezing stopped was occurred by a replacement of the fluid supply tube. With the analysis on the actual measured data during the freezing stopped period, in combination with the numerical simulation calculation,a conclusion was obtained that a short time freezing stopped with a time less than 8 h would basically not be affected to the freezing construction,Therefore the un- necessary freezing time would be reduced and the unnecessary consumption on the labor and time would be reduced.
