摘 要:〔目的〕观察牛黄酸锌(TZC)对染汞大鼠皮层内胆囊收缩素(CCK)阳性神经元和学习记忆的影响。〔方法〕选用健康成年雄性大鼠,共32只,每组8只,共4组。对照组(单蒸水,普通饲料)、染汞组(每天饮用4.3 mg/kg氯化汞水,普通饲料)、汞(每天饮用4.3 mg/kg氯化汞水)+低牛磺酸锌组(饮用含0.23 g/L牛磺酸锌水,普通饲料)、汞(每天饮用4.3 mg/kg氯化汞水)+高牛磺酸锌组(饮用含0.46 g/L牛磺酸锌水,普通饲料),各组1 mon后进行实验。采用Y迷宫方法观察各组大鼠在学习记忆方面的差异;采用胆囊收缩素抗体免疫组化方法,观察饮用含4.3 mg/kg氯化汞水和含不同剂量(0.23 g/L,0.46 g/L)牛磺酸锌饮水的大鼠皮层胆囊收缩素阳性神经元的变化。〔结果〕染汞大鼠较对照组大鼠学习记忆能力明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);汞+牛磺酸锌组大鼠的学习记忆能力较单纯染汞组有明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);汞+高牛磺酸锌组大鼠较汞+低牛磺酸锌组大鼠表现出更好的保护作用。染汞组大鼠皮层胆囊收缩素阳性神经元的数量较对照组明显减少,差异有显著性(P<0.05);汞+低浓度牛磺酸锌组大鼠与汞+高浓度牛磺酸锌组大鼠皮层胆囊收缩素阳性神经元较染汞组明显增多但仍低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);汞+高浓度牛磺酸锌组大鼠较汞+低浓度牛磺酸锌组大鼠皮层胆囊收缩素阳性神经元数明显增多,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。〔结论〕染汞后大鼠皮层胆囊收缩素阳性神经元表达减少,应用牛黄酸锌对染汞后大鼠皮层胆囊收缩素神经元有明显的保护作用,而且与牛磺酸锌的剂量密切相关。〔O bjective〕To investigate the effects of taurine zinc coordination compound( TZC) on learning memory ability and CCK-neure in cortex of chronicity mercury exposed rats.〔M ethods〕32 healthy male rats were choose and divided into four groups trabantly. And the period of the experiment is one month. The differences of learning memory ability were observed using the Y maze test. Rats were used as experimental animals. The effect of CCK neure in cortex were observed using antibody mediated immunity and histological chemistrygroups were fed with 4. 3 mg/kg/d. Hg Cl2 and TZC by drinking,and with different dosage of TZC( 0. 23 g/L or 0. 46 g/L) in feed. 〔R esults〕Compared with the control group, the time of Y maze test of mercury exposed rats was significantly increased( P〈0. 05). The learning memory ability of mercury exposed rats were improved after fed with different dosage of TZC, among them Higher dosage of TZC of significantly value( P〈0. 05). The quantum of CCK-neure in cortex of mercury exposed rats was significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). The quantum of CCK-neure in cortex was significantly increased after fed with TZC. among them Higher dosage of TZC of significantly value( P〈0. 05). 〔C onclusion 〕TZC could evidently improve the quantum of CCK-neure in cortex and the learning memory ability of mercury exposed rats. TZC has significant antagonism on damage of the nervous system induced by mercury.
