摘　　要：肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)通过肝静脉系统侵犯下腔静脉和右心房较少见,但预后极差。肝癌手术切除联合取栓可能是行之有效的治疗方法。现报道1例治疗经过,供临床参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） invading the inferior vena cava and the right atrium via hepatic vein system is rare, but the prognosis is extremely poor. Surgical resection of HCC combined with removing cancer thrombus may be a curative treatment method. Now the treatment of one case was reported for clinical reference.
