摘　　要：Dieulafoy溃疡出血又称Dieulafoy病变,临床上较为少见,二次溃疡出血更是罕见,且发病迅速,病情凶险,应当引起临床医师的高度重视。本文回顾性分析1例十二指肠球部Dieulafoy溃疡出血行胃大部切除术后再出血复发的病例及诊治体会。Dieulafoy＇s disease is rare in clinical practice. Recurrence of Dieulafoy＇ s disease is even more hardly seen with sudden onset and rapid change, which should be highly alerted by clinicians. The current article retrospectively analyzed the experience of a postoperative recurrence in a subtotal gastrectomy patient caused by duodenal Dieulafoy＇ s disease.
