利维爱治疗增加Turner综合征患者身高的初步研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究利维爱治疗对 Turner综合征患者身高增加的疗效。方法 :回顾性分析 7例 Turner综合征患者使用利维爱治疗后身高的改变。结果 :利维爱治疗 3个月后的身高平均增加 ( 2 .2± 1 .4) cm,治疗 2 4～ 3 6个月后平均增加 ( 9.6± 2 .7) cm;身高增加的幅度与治疗持续的时间有关。患者身高的增加和最终身高可能与利维爱治疗持续的时间、剂量和开始的年龄有关 ,并且未发现明显的副反应。结论 :初步结果显示 ,利维爱治疗是增加 Turner综合征患者身高的一种安全、有效、方便和有希望的治疗方法。Objective: To study the efficacy of Livial (Tibolone) treatment in increasing the height of Turner patients. Method: 7 cases of Turner patients were reviewed to evaluate the change of height after treatment with Livial. Results: Livial treatment showed a definite positive effect on increasing the height of Turner patients. The mean height increased(2.2±1.4)cm in the group received 3 months' treatment and(9.6±2.7)cm in the group received 24~36 months' treatment. The amplitude of height increase correlated with the duration of Livial treatment. The total increase and final height were possibly related to the duration, dosage and beginning age of Livial treatment. No side effects were found during treatment. Conclusion: The preliminary result showed that the Livial treatment was a safe, effective, convenient and hopeful method for increasing the height of Turner patients.
