升阳汤联合移精变气法治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察升阳汤联合移精变气法治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予升阳汤口服,同时采用移精变气法进行心理疏导,对照组30例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服治疗。2组均治疗10 d。2组治疗前后分别采用简化Mc Gill疼痛问卷表(SFMPQ)进行评分[包括疼痛评级指数评估(PRI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及现有疼痛强度评分法(PPI)],并统计2组综合疗效及中医证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组40.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候总有效率88.3%,对照组46.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PRI、VAS及PPI评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升阳汤联合移精变气法对血管神经性头痛具有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Lifting - Yang decoction combined with shifting essence to Qi therapy on angioneurotic headache. Methods 60 patients with angioneurotic headache were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by oral administration of Lifting - Yang decoction combined with psychological counseling of shifting essence to Qi therapy. 30 cases in control group were treated by oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. The treatment course was 10 d. The simplify McGill Pain Questionnair （ SSF - MPQ） includes pain rating index （PRI） , visual analogue scale （VAS） and present pain inten- sity （PPI） were measured before and after treatment in two groups, and the comprehensive therapeutic effect and the Chinese syndrome curative effect were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in treatment and control group was 80.0% and 40.0% respectively, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The Chinese syndrome curative effect in treatment and control group was 88.3% and 46.7% respectively, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of PRI, VAS and PPI after treatment were decreased in two groups, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Each score after treatment in treatment group was lower than control group, with statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Lifting- Yang decoction combined with shifting essence to Qi therapy has satisfying curative effect on angioneurotie headache.
