基于利益均衡机制的桓仁水库水源地保护模式硏究

摘　　要：桓仁水库是大伙房输水工程的重要水源地水库,对保障辽宁省中南部城市饮用水安全具有重要作用。文章基于对桓仁水库水源地基本情况的介绍,运用利益相关理论分析了桓仁水库及水源地保护利益相关群体及利益关系,提出了基于利益均衡的桓仁水库水源地保护模式构建思路和具体举措。The Huanren reservoir is an important water source reservoir of the people＇s house water deliv- ery project, which has an important role in ensuring the safety of drinking water in the central and south- ern part of Liaoning province. The article based on the introduction of the basic situation of the Huanren Reservoir, analysis of Huanren Reservoir and water protection of stakeholder groups and the interest rela- tionship by using stakeholder theory, and put forward the idea and concrete measures of protection model of Huanren Reservoir water source based on the benefit equilibrium.
