深圳市大学生性行为及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市大学生性行为现状及影响因素,为正确开展高校性健康教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,对深圳市3所高校的3 577名大学生进行匿名式问卷调查,用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果深圳市大学生性行为发生率为18.54%(663/3 577),第一次性行为安全套使用率为61.84%(410/663),最近1年临时性行为和商业性行为发生率分别为3.75%(134/3 577)和0.92%(33/3 577)。仅有25.92%的学生不赞成婚前性行为。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,本科、男性、高年级、非医学专业、月消费水平高的大学生性行为发生率更高(P值均<0.01)。结论深圳市大学生性观念开放、性行为发生率较高,且自我保护意识较差,大学生高危性行为不容忽视。Objective To understand the sexual behavior and its associated factors among college students in Shenzhen, and to provide the basis for targeted sexual health education in the university. Methods 3 577 college students in Shenzhen were selected to answer the questionnaire according to muhi-stage cluster sampling. Software SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results About 18.54% of the respondents admitted that they had sexual behavior, the rate of having accidental and commercial sexual experience was 3.75% and 0.92%, and lower rate of condom use was reported. Only 25.92% of the students disapproved pre- marital sex. The rates of sexual behavior among undergraduate, male, senior grades, high monthly consumption students were higher. Conclusion The college students have open sexual attitudes and poor self-protection awareness. The rate of sexual behaviors is relatively high, and the high risk sexual behaviors among college students can＇t be ignored.
