摘 要:射流式与真空式吸鱼泵是深水网箱养殖、拖网围网作业及鱼获加工运输的主要设备。射流式吸鱼泵存在鱼体损伤大、效率低的缺点,而真空式吸鱼泵对鱼体几乎是无损的,但由于其连续性的问题,其效率也不高。本文在对比研究两者的工作原理之后,提出利用真空式吸鱼泵对鱼体无损的优点来改进射流式吸鱼泵的方案。通过理论推导,证明其提高了射流式吸鱼泵流速,减小了输送压力,有效解决输送效率低,鱼体损伤大、存活率低的缺点。Jet type and vacuum type suction fish pump is the main equipment of cage aquaculture, trawl fishing,fish processing and transportation. The traditional Jet Fish Pump would cause large damage on the body of the harvest,and also share a pretty low effect Iveness through the whole working progress. While Vacuum suction fish pump for fish body is hardly destruction, the continuity problems has always became the Achilles ’heel that perished its whole efficiency. In this paper, after a comparative study of the two working theories presented, Author proposing a new scheme to utilize the non-destructive character of Vacuum to reduce the drawback exposed in Fish Pump Jet. Through out complete theoretical analysis, proved this new scheme is valuable in improving the flow rate, reducing the delivery pressure, could be a brand new solution of the low transmission efficiency, the largr damage on the fish’s body, or the low survival disadvantage that last long ago.
